Meeting commence at 7.30pm prompt at the above address and you are requested to be in attendance no later than 7.15pm to collect fixtures and circulars.

A bona fide member of the Club must attend and no person can represent more than one club. Apologies tendered for non-attendance are received only as a matter of courtesy. (Rule 19(B) refers)
