PICTURE LEAGUE TWO - TRAVS FC v ROYAL OAK (HARTSHILL) FC

THE TRAVS outline a statement of intent as weather sees off 14 games with pitches saturated overnight !

Ethan Looker for the second week running was the man to hit a brace for The Travs as they edged out Royal Oak Hartshill 3-2 to go top of MARK BLAIR FINANCE LEAGUE TWO. Daniel Talbot-Foster completed the scoring for Travs who now have 4 wins from 4.

The Hartshill goals were scored by Toby Bartram and Tyler Collins.

Conny United put an end to White Horse Atherstone’s dominant start to the season as goals from Connor Wainwright and Arlie Greet looked to have been enough to secure the win but a late Lewis Gudger strike rescued a point for the Atherstone side who remain unbeaten. Ryan Potter scored the other as the game finished 2-2.

Another 2-2 draw came out of Ambleside Way as Ambleside Reserves shared the spoils with Swan Dive. Owen Courtman and George Parker scored for Ambleside while Ben Forrest was on target for Swan Dive with a brace.

The only game to take place in TRIPLE R PAINTWORX LTD LEAGUE ONE saw Ex-Servicemen's (Bedworth), open up a 4 point gap at the top of the table. Goals from Danny Taylor, Harvey Westwood and Jordan Wilson saw them pick up a 3-0 win over Griff and Coton Manor.

In NUNEATON TROPHIES LEAGUE THREE, Goalkeeper Gary Clark scored direct from a kick out of his hands for SS Bulls Head in their 2-2 draw with Crows Nest Sports. Jarrod Stone scored the other for table topping SS Bulls Head. Liam Hill scored both the Crows Nest goals.

Chetwynd Chess climb to 3rd in the standings as goals from Daniel Law and Dan Reidy ensured they returned from their game with Horseshoes with a 2-0 win.

2 goals from Jonni Biddle was not enough to stop Hearty Goodfellow Reserves from slipping to a 4-2 defeat at the hands of The Wharf Inn. Josh Smith scored twice with Sam Eaton and Dan Trezise adding the singles to earn The Wharf their first win of the season.
