WHO DO YOU TELL?

Should you have need to cancel a match, for whatever reason (weather, cant raise a side), you MUST inform the following :-

Opposition
Match Referee (if you dont and they turn up, you are liable to pay their fee plus expences)
League Fixture Secretary (Duncan Sunley)
League Referee Appointment Sec (Rich Haslam) The ref may be needed elsewhere.

Failure to follow this proceedure will result in a fine being levied.
