Players required 2018/19 Season

Sherwood Colliery Blue U15s who will playing the Mansfield youth league on Saturdays still have spaces available for players who are looking for a team. Development of players is paramount above all else. Players of all positions are welcome. Our aim is to continue building on the good footballing habits we have adopted a quality style of play, building from the back and playing through the lines. Despite being YEL div 3 champions last season it was a by-product of the style of football which we use rather than being a results driven team. No long ball win at all costs football. A passing style allows every player to flourish rather than the focus being on just a couple of "match winners “Futsal is high on the agenda also to aid player development and technical ability with a 2 hour session each week. Anyone who has a desire to improve without being held back by route 1 football then we are definitely the team for you.
