All Referees appointed by the Management Committee must be currently registered to their parent County Football Association.

In all matches preceding the Final Tie the Match Officials fees shall be paid by the HOME Club.

The scale of Match Fees to be paid to Officials shall be decided annually
by the Management Committee. (Fees based on the League of the home team).

The Home Club must notify the Match Officials of the details of the tie including directions to the ground, date of tie and kick-off time, if necessary colours of the competing teams and other necessary details.

Such information must be received by the Match Officials no later than 7 days prior to the date of the tie.

Each Match Official must acknowledge receipt of the information.
