Format & Kick-off times

The divisional League Cup competitions are scheduled to start in December.

Premier Division and Division One

These competitions are being run with group stages on a league basis, with the top two teams in each group progressing to the semi-final stage.

Group stage games are played over 90 minutes and will kick off at 1400 in December and January.

Division Two

This competition is in the traditional knock-out format throughout, with extra time and penalties, if required.

These games kick off at 1330 in December and January.
