Online Player Registrations, Cancellations & Transfers via FA Full Time.

Hi all Team Managers,
Here are Instructions on how to Register New Players online via FA Full Time, Transfer Players & Cancel Player Registrations, without having to post Registration Cards & proof of DOB etc.

To deal you will need access to a Computer with email, a scanner &/or smartphone with camera, a Printer and also a Laminator (to produce your own laminated registrations cards)..
ID Cards with H&DJGFL Registration Numbers attached for you to Print & Laminate.
An alternative to Laminated ID Cads that has been approved as acceptable at AGM for this season is for managers to have the ID Cards stored as Pictures on their Smartphones, to show at League matches.
Its a simple 'cut & paste' & crop from a screen shot of the .pdf or .xls ID Card; then saved as a .jpg file (example attached).

There are Three basic Steps :-
1) Login to FA Full Time as Team Administrator & complete the online
Player Registration Form
Please ensure that you include any Medical Conditions for the player in the Comments box.

2) Send an email to the League Registration Secretary with Completed Player Registration Card/s (with Photo) & proof of date of Birth attached.

3) Print & Laminate the Player Registration Card/s, On receipt back of email from the Registration Secretary, with attached Registration Players Card/s including Player Registration Numbers;
&/or
4) Save onto your Smartphone, the .jpg image ID Cards from the Registration Secretary

However it's done; League rules state that Managers MUST show each other player ID Cards before league matches.

FULL INSTRUCTIONS on how to Register Players Online can be downloaded from above link or in the FA Full Time Documents section of the League Website " Methods of Registration" at :-

CANCELLING a Players Registration :

TRANSFER of a Player from one club to another:
To be completed by the Club the player wishes to transfer to:-
i) Login to FA Full Time as Team Administrator & complete the online
Player Registration Form.
ii) In the Comments box type "TRANSFER" and the Name of the Club & Age group the player is transferring from.
iii) Please ensure that you also include any Medical Conditions for the player in the Comments box. A £5 Transfer fee will apply.
or
iv) Complete a player Transfer Form (attached) & Send on email to the League Registration Secretary with Completed Player Registration Card/s (with Photo) & proof of date of Birth attached. A £5 transfer fee will apply.

v) On receipt back of email from the Registration Secretary, with attached Registration Players Card/s including Player Registration Numbers. Print & Laminate the Player Registration Card/s &/or Save onto your Smartphone, the .jpg image ID Cards from the Registration Secretary.

The Registration Secretary having received the above transfer information/form in points i) to iv) now refers this transfer to the player’s current Club.
If no objection from the players current club within 7 days, the Registration Secretary will process the Transfer & the League will invoice the Club for the £5 transfer fee.

To be completed by player’s current club:
Should the current Club object to the transfer it should state its objections, in writing, via email or on the Transfer form or on a separate sheet and return within 7 days to the Registration Secretary and the player concerned.

Hope this all helps..

Kind regards
