U16s Round 1 All Teams League RESULTS

WINNERS in the H&DJGFL U16s Round 1 League competition, Horsforth St Margarets U16s Girls
Runners Up in the H&DJGFL U16s Round 1 League competition. Knaresborough Celtic U16s Girls
Congratulations to Horsforth St Margarets U16s Girls on Winning the League Round 1 & also to Knaresborough Celtic U16s as Runners Up.
Horsforth St Margarets won every match in Round 1. Keeping a clean sheet of goals in 7x of the 9x matches. Only Knaresboro & Killinghall managing to score a goal past them during their respective matches.
Guiseley U16s have secured 3rd place, with their chance at a Runners Up position passing when they lost their match to Knaresboro U16s on 3rd Feb.
There is still a chance for Scotton Scorchers U16s to secure joint 3rd place if they win the final fixture of this round, to be played away against Silsden U16s on 19th May. Been a long drawn out round due to bad weather causing multiple postponements
the H&DJGFL were awarded five size 5 Nike footballs for winning the Charter Standard League of the Year in 2017. The LMC agreed that Horsforth U16s Girls will receive the balls as congratulations for finishing leaders of the table at this stage.
