IMPORTANT - New Process for 2023-24 via Google Forms

Apart from i.e. Pitch conditions due to bad weather, The following Must be submitted to the League with 10 days notice.
The League have devised a new online process using Google Forms,
These forms provide clear guidelines following FA guidance after many discussions with WRCFA.

CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM - for Development Mini Soccer (U7s to U11s)

So as not to run out of w/e's to play. This season the League will not be rescheduling these Development fixtures. There is no need to request a re-arrangement of a Development fixture. Play or don't play but DO ensure you give appropriate notice to the league & your opponents whatever.

Please Do use the above forms, as they ask for the relevant information required by the League. Emails, texts or whatsapp messages will not be accepted for Match cancellations or Postponements.
