Please note as the league have been part of FA trials for the past 2 seasons, the following will apply to all CYGFL fixtures.
NO HEADING - U8 to U11 Age Groups
PASS IN/DRIBBLE IN - U8 to U10 (Throw ins are allowed at U11)

From the start of the 2024-25 season there will be NO HEADING in all CYGFLfixtures at all age groups from U8 to U11.
