Each club is permitted to make 1 Match Day Signing per team each game.

Clubs must use the HD1 signing on form which can be downloaded from this site and is attached to this notice. If you are unable to print out this form please make a replica form on a blank piece of paper and include all of the details and signatures required to make the match day signing comply with registration rules.
A photo of the form must be sent to the registration secretary by email, text, whatsapp, messager or tweet/ post no later than Monday evening after a Saturday game. For midweek games 48 hours.
