Barrow Town edge further out in front despite being held to a draw.

Leaders Barrow Town edged further out in front despite being held to a 2-2 draw at home by Blaby and Whetstone, they now stand 5 points proud of 2nd placed Thurmaston Town, who were without a game, with 2 games in hand.

3rd placed Ibstock Utd were also without a fixture and they now stand 8 points off the pace after playing the same number of games.

Anstey Town lost precious ground with a 3-0 defeat at Kirby Muxloe after Darren Taylor banged in a 2nd half double to give the home club their 2nd win on the spin and Highfield Rangers returned to winning ways, after a goalless draw with Thurmaston last week, to defeat St Andrews 4-1, Leighton Simmonds notched a brace.

Birstall Utd maintained their recent form, and 6th slot, with their 5th win on the spin, a 2-1 defeat of Aylestone Park who have failed to win in their last 6 starts.
