Earl Shilton let a haf-time lead slip.

Leaders FC Braunstone Victoria scraped through 4-3 against Anstey Nomads after hot shots Ricky Taylor and Scot Brown both hit a pair to post the Vic?s 2nd league win on the spin.

Earl Shilton Albion, 5 points behind with 2 games in hand, shot themselves in the foot when they let a 1-2 half time lead slip at Holwell Sports to end up as 3-2 losers, Matt Panter hit the winner and his 2nd of the match.

Lutterworth Town remain 3rd but slipped further off the pace after being held to a 2-2 draw at Narborough and Littlethorpe where Tim Coates hit a goal in each half to rescue a point for the home side and Ellistown remained unbeaten in their last 9 starts with a 3-1 defeat of Saffron Dynamo.

Ashby Ivanhoe rescued a point with a 2-2 draw with Bardon Hill after trailing 1-2 at the break and the bottom 2, Cottesmore Athletic and Huncote Sports and Social, shared the points in a goal less draw at Cottesmore.
