In the potential CITY GOLDSMITH DIV1 Championship decider the experience of SAFFRON DYNAMO RES showed through as they came from 0-1 down at the break, on the 3G at Brockington College, to overcome the ALLEXTON & NEW PARKS DEV SQUAD for the 3rd time this season, 5-2 to sit 2 points behind the leaders with a game in hand, the destiny of the title in their hands. Tom Wood hit a goal in each half for the visitors to put the Parks in front twice but the Dynamo hit 3 in the last 15 minutes to take the points with goals from Wes Johnsonx2, Jake Smith, Sam Word and Jamie Mitchell.
COTTESMORE AMATEURS RES continued their rich vein of form and posted their 3rd win on the spin, 1-3 at SILEBY TOWN who were on the back of 2 consecutive victories. The Rutlanders led 1-2 at the break after Jordan Wilson scored in open play and Gavin Waddington converted a penalty. Tom Atkins rounded off the visitors tally whilst Piers Wheeler got on target for the Town.
