In the CITY GOLDSMITH DIV1. ALLEXTON & NEW PARKS DEV SQUAD hold top spot after a 1-4 away win at LOUGHBOROUGH RES. The 1st half goal by McCauley Kenny was not enough for the hosts as the visitors were rampant with a brace for Jack Allen added to by Harry Bradley and Pele Molyneaux to make it 2 wins from 2 starts and a goal difference of +10.
BARLESTONE ST GILES Res put up their 1st win of the season after leading 1-0 at half time against HATHERN DEVSQUAD who netted in the 2nd half through Lawrence Al-Hariri. Giles scored through Bradon Hands and John Roberts.
COTTESMORE AMATEURS RES returned from FC GNG RES with all 3 points after a 2-3 victory to remain unbeaten after 2 starts. The sides were locked level at the break 1-1 but Cottesmore got the edge with goals from Tom Atkins 2 and Toby Heaver. Charlie Doherty and Gurjan Shungill were on target for GNG.
SILEBY TOWN RES made hard work of their 1st win of the season after leading 2-0 at the break with goals from Jack Hammond and Michal Noga. Madison Murrell netted for the visitors right at the death to make for an interesting last few minutes.
