SAFFRON DYNAMO RES top the CITY GOLDSMITH division after a 0-5 away win, their 1st of the season at FC GNG RES who were playing their 1st game of the season. 2 OG’s helped the Dynamo who added to the score line with their own strikes from Brad Essex, Jamie Mitchell and Nick Smith to remain unbeaten in 2 starts.
INGLES RES step in behind them after they were held to a 0-0 draw at LOUGHBOROUGH RES and
DESFORD RES and BARLESTONE ST GILES RES fought out a 2-2 draw at Peckleton Lane. The close rivals turned round with a 1-2 score line as George Hudson and Kaylan Norman were on the target for the visitors. The hosts claimed their 1st point of the season with goals either side of half time from Jordan McIntyre and Adam Willett.
