Holwell Sports knock out the holders in the Cup, but have their 2nd place hopes dented.

Holders Ellistown were put out of the competition by Holwell Sports after Leigh Fox scored a goal in each half in the 2-1 victory. They will meet St Andrews who needed extra time for their 3-2 victory over Anstey Nomads, Josh Richards scoring his 2nd of the game in extra time.

League

Holwell Sports had their 2nd place hopes dented when they were held to a 3-3 draw at Anstey Nomads, they must win their remaining games, including a trip to Saffron Dynamo who currently hold 2nd spot, and hope that Asfordby Amateurs drop points.

Ashby Ivanhoe were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Lutterworth Town but will finish in the top 6 whilst Dunton and Broughton Rangers made it 4 starts without defeat with a 1-1 draw at Bardon Hill Sports.

A double from Craig Neal for Huncote & Sports Social Club helped towards a 3-0 defeat of Hathern and moved them out of the bottom 3.
